Knife-Ring Flaker

Knife-ring flaker including two main parts, feeding system and flaking system, the feeding system consists of vibrating feeder, magnetic separator, heavy objects separator, the flaking system consists of knife ring, impeller, machine seat, main shaft, driving unit, hydraulic system, and braking system.

The wood, bamboo, and slab wood are chopped through the drum chipper, feeding to the ring-knife flaker to make the required size flake as one of the raw materials for particle board.
